Shipping/Return Policy

Please note: Any carrier damages must be reported within 20 days of delivery to receive an exchanged item, along with a photo of the damage. This includes all holiday orders.

All items are generally shipped within 2 days once order is received.  In some cases, shipping can be in 3 days.  Containers are shipped UPS or USPS, and extra trays are generally shipped USPS.  The time it takes to reach you varies, but mostly 1-5 business days.  

Shipping is free for orders of $100.00 or more after any applied discounts in the continental U.S.  Orders less than $100.00 will have a shipping cost based on the quantity.  1 container is 6.95, 2 or more is 8.95.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item(s) ship, please be on the lookout for that.  

**Please note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed by Bakers Sto N Go once the order has been completed and/or shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

Bakers Sto N Go is not responsible for lost packages with a confirmed delivery receipt from the carrier.  

Bakers Sto N Go is not responsible for any incorrect addresses inputted by customer and is returned as "underliverable" by the carrier, those shipping fees will be taken out if item is refunded.  New shipping fees will be added if item(s) are reshipped. 

Bakers Sto N Go strongly encourages all their customers to ultilize the "Check Shipping Address" app installed to be sure the carrier recognizes the address as added protection.  We try to help in any way we can to make it easy for you. :)

Our policy lasts 30 days.  Please call me, or text, 954-859-5900

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.  Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please send me an email at angela@bakersstongo.com  You will be notified by email once your return has been accepted and refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the applicaple time frame. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at angela@bakersstongo.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a label for a return, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund, to cover return shipping fees. 

If you are returning items over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  If you received free shipping and are requesting a label, 15% of your total invoice will be deducted for the shipping return fee. If you are not requesting a label, a 10% fee will be deducted for the "Free" outbound shipping.
