Note - all trays have a slight bow in them to allow for heavy cookies, brownies, pies, etc. to sit nicely on the tray without damaging the icing of the food items below. When food items are placed on the trays, they become flat.  Don't worry about the slight bow, it was designed that way.

Care instructions:  Hand-wash container, or top shelf only, all other components are dishwasher safe. 

More useful info:

  • The handle can only go in ONE way, one is easy, the other side won't fit and will crack your container, this will void an warranty.
  • The small tray is for the bottom only.  Be sure to use it, it another layer for your goodies.
