So my son just turned 9! Wait, what did I just say, 9? Oh my, yes that is exactly how old Bakers Sto N Go is too! They both came at the same time. Can you imagine the fun I had 9 years ago? I always like to have an opportunity to showcase my usage of the Bakers Sto N Go, so I took his birthday as another opportunity to take some goofy pictures and share with you. As you can see, you don’t have to be taking the Bakers Sto N Go somewhere to be able to use it. You can use it just like any other food storage container, and keep it right at home on your kitchen counter. Being that he is the only child, and doesn’t really like sweets, can you imagine a 9 year old that doesn’t really like sweets? Is he related to me? I am a sweet junkie! But nonetheless, I got him some sort of cake that I eventually end up eating myself, then I have to run to the spin studio and take back to back classes. Thanks son! As you see here, we ordered a 8” cookie cake. And after he had his one inch slice, lol, I knew this was perfect to put in the Bakers Sto N Go and keep it fresh and I wouldn’t have to eat it! Yay!Through out the next few days, I would simply open the container and cut him off a little slice. This is huge for us, being I didn’t really eat any! Yes I am getting better at this. But because it was so easy to just open, cut, and close he kept eating it up. Took awhile, but thank goodness the virtually airtight lid kept it fresh. (Real Simple Magazine conducted a test on this, can be found on my website). What was super nice was the fact I didn’t have to do this…And lose the freshness of the cake, if that would have happened, then I might have eaten it in a day. Not good!! Because you don’t get that freshness with plastic wrap, a food storage container is better. And because you don’t have to have one of those big containers, this is perfect. It will sit nice and neatly on your counter. It just works for so many things! And today that thing was a small birthday cake! Enjoy!
